Tobias Beaufleure
The word "impetuous" is in the job description of every Prince Charming ever, but it's just a polite way of saying "behaving foolishly while having money and power".
On the plus side, Tobias really does pull off "impetuous" with a fair bit of charm. The good fortunes of his birth have left him bored, not cruel, and he's certainly more likeable for pursuing adventure rather than ambition. Still, it leaves him an easy (and endearing) pawn for a confident con-woman.
